David is a member of the National Automobile Dealers Association, New Jersey Coalition of Automotive Retailers Advertising Association, and New York Region Chevrolet Dealers for which he was Director (1994-1995), Auto Dealer Magazine-Advisory Board, Lakewood Chamber of Commerce/Brick Chamber of Commerce/Toms River Chamber of Commerce, and NJ shore Builders Association. Kenny has been in the automotive industry since 1977 and with Pine Belt since 1981, taking over operations in 1989 and guiding the Lakewood location to the states number one retail sales dealership. He is a graduate of all of the NCM & Associated Boot Camp programs as well as the GMAC Managing Retail Operations program.

Rob Sickel is the son of David Sickel, the President of Pine Belt Enterprises. A graduate of the University of Miami, Robert has worked in all dealership positions, including sales, fixed operations, and accounting.
Rob is a graduate of all of the NCM & Associate Boot Camp programs. His in-dealership experience includes working in Sales and F&I positions for the Potamkin and AutoNation dealership groups. Some highlights are managing used vehicle wholesale sales and purchasing for Pine Belt where he handled everything from appraisal to disposal of non-retail units.
Rob created the BDC, the “heart” of Pine Belt’s operations, and supervised the creation of Pine Belt’s extremely successful Internet Department. From parts runner to desking deals, these in-dealership experiences have prepared Rob well for his current position.Favorite Car: Chevy Tahoe
Joseph is responsible for our centralized Internet and Business Development department and manages a 10 person team which handles over 2000 inquiries per month. Joseph started with Pine Belt in February of 2008.
Joe’s extensive experience, coming from Shore Lending Group, a mortgage broker and banking company where 100% of the leads were Internet or phone-based, was perfect preparation for his role as Pine Belt’s E-Commerce Director. He is an Ocean County resident and attended Rutgers University and Montclair State University where he studied finance.
Starting at around 70 Internet provided delivers per month Joseph has taken the department to its current performance level of providing 220 plus deliveries per month.Favorite Car: Pontiac GTO Judge
Shawn is the Pre-Owned Vehicle Director for all Pine Belt Enterprise locations; both retail and wholesale. Shawn is a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy, and Widener University, Chester, PA. He has been with Pine Belt since 1986. Starting in sales, he quickly became not only the top unit volume salesperson, but maintained top CSI scores as well. Throughout his 20 year plus career, he has maintained his focus on CSI and today resolves all customer satisfaction issues personally and maintains exceptional CSI scores.
At Pine Belt Shawn has excelled as a Closer, Desk Manager, and F&I and Sales Manager before becoming Director of Pre-Owned Operations. He has attended numerous General Motors training programs as well as the Tim Deese Progressive Basic course. Shawn performs training and implements process and procedures including everything from the appraisal process to reconditioning.
Shawn implemented the “sealed bid” process for wholesale vehicle disposal. With over 20 wholesalers participating, the program has streamlined the wholesale process, reducing losses, increasing inventory turn and bringing compliance to one of the most problematic areas of dealership operations.Favorite Car: Chevy Camaro
Igor manages all aspects of new vehicle inventory for both the Freehold and Lakewood locations. Igor is a graduate of the Moscow Automotive Institute and came into Pine Belt organization with the Freehold Chevrolet acquisition where he had worked since 1992.
Igor has worked in all of the variable operations positions before taking over the inventory management duties for Pine Belt. Working with the factory, brokers and other dealers, he maintains a responsive new vehicle inventory that is in balance with demand. He is also responsible for product training.
One of Igor’s key responsibilities is to train and keep Pine Belt staff up to date on all General Motors program rules. As a complement to this role, he audits all deals before they are processed for compliance with all in effect General Motors Sales Allowance Incentive program guidelines.Favorite Car: Chevy Corvette...any year!
