From Toms River to Howell, Pine Belt’s NJ Car Dealers Pitch In Throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties
Pine Belt Enterprises has always made community involvement a top priority. We have contributed to organizations throughout Ocean and Monmouth counties since 1937. From teaming up with local charity organizations to participating in state-wide events, we know that getting involved and giving back is important.
Pine Belt has been a supporter of many cultural and civic endeavors in the Lakewood/Toms River area as well as many community related projects. These include being an annual sponsor of the Lakewood Track meet for over 50 New Jersey high schools and the Lakewood Little League and Biddy Basketball League. Pine Belt is also a proud supporter of the Jackson Memorial High School Jaguar Marching Band and Color Guard.
This year, when it lost its sponsor, Pine Belt stepped up to become the proud sponsor of the Toms River Schools Arena, formerly the Ritacco Center. It now goes by the name...Pine Belt Arena. Our owner David Sickel has been a Lakewood Chamber of Commerce member and supporter for many years. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Kimball Medical Center Parent Board and Board of Trustees as well as the Treasurer of the Kimball Medical Center Foundation. David also serves on the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Prep as well as the Executive Advisory Board of the National Council of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse of Ocean County. He is also a member of the committee of the Governor's Club of New Jersey. Pine Belt Enterprises, LLC considers itself and certainly has over the years become a leader in its community.
As you can see we at Pine Belt, spearheaded by David Sickel, have a full belief in the fact that if you want to be a leader in your community you must do just that...LEAD within your community. - Our Internet Technologies Manager Steve Sabo has been involved with the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts of America for the last seven years and is currently a committee member for Boy Scouts Troop 1 in Toms River. Throughout his time with the scouts he has participated in various community service projects including beach clean-ups, dune grass planting, and revitalizing the garden arbor at Ocean County College.
- Our Parts Manager at Pine Belt Chevrolet of Lakewood Mark Rafferty is involved with the Jackson Township Callenger League which is a sports league for the handicapped.
- Dan Ariel, the GM of Pine Belt Chevrolet in Lakewood is a fourth year coach of the Jackson Jaguars basketball team.
- Jamie Pallazo, the GM of Pine Belt Subaru in Lakewood is a Point Borough Pop Warner Football coach.
- Steve Stazko our Service Director is a 36 year member of the Knights of Columbus and a Past Grand Knight of Council 6201 in Jackson. For the last 18 years, he has been chairman of the annual charity golf outing that benefits such organizations as Ronald McDonald House, Deborah Hospital, Catholic Charities, Wounded Warrior Project and other local charities which has raised well over $250,000 to date. Steve has also been running an annual charity golf scramble that raises money for the distribution of food baskets to needy families in the community for the holidays for the past 13 years. This organization is very active in charitable events to support the communities of Jackson and Howell as well as the churches of St. Aloysius and St. Veronica's.
